Help children with a handicap in Karamoja!
Children with a handicap are extra vulnerable. Health care in remote areas is bad en because of taboos and superstition, these children run an even bigger risk to neglect and social exclusion. We want to help these children! With access to education, basic needs en specialist medical care.

Project “Strong together”, supported by TakaTuka Foundation
Child Care Africa Foundation has received great news. Our application for our project has officially been approved by the TakaTuka Foundation. From January 2021 until December 2021, 84 women will be supported for a total of € 4000,-

Help for children with a cleft lip in Uganda
Children with a handicap run extra risks in Africa. The health care in romote regions is bad. Because of taboos and superstition these children are at an even bigger risk to neglect and social exclusion. We take children with a physical handicap in our regular sponsor program and offer extra medical car and attention among which children with a cleft lip.

Prevention of teen pregnancies
Poverty, arranged marriages and teen pregnancies are the most important reasons for girls in Karamoja to leave school prematurely.
