Our sponsor students have not much time for homework outside school hours. They help in housekeeping, work on the land or take care of their little brothers and sisters. In the evening they have time but there is no light….. Schools too are scarcely lightened in the evening.
Thanks to WakaWaka Foundation we will see a change soon. The foundation has donated 200 wonderful solar panels with a flashlight to CCA. With a WakaWaka lamp the students can do their homework in the evening and improve their school results.
The lamps will soon be shipped to Uganda with the final destination Karamoje.
