The 11th of October is recognized by the UN as the international day of the girl child! On this day, we celebrate the power of girls and reflect on rights and opportunities.
We promise to continue the fight against FGM, child marriage and the exploitation of girls. We provide vulnerable girls with access to healthcare, basic needs and education.
Educated girls are healthier, happier, have better career opportunities, earn a larger wage, have less children, marry later and are better able to provide for their family and the education of their children. They are a more valuable contribution to the development of their family, community and country.
